It's amazing how the way of drawing soomething can change depending of the artist. Everyone has a different way of drawing, this case, Gardevoir. You have chosen to draw the "ears" in a stylized way which I personally like a lot. Also, the shape of the eyes (whic on it. I hope to see more h are amazing, by the way), the hair and the pose give a sense of self-security and maybe roguery, such an unteresting personality. Also, the headband adds a sweet touch of feminine coquetry.

The clothes are the usual for a Gardevoir, which I think they suit the best on this drawing. I like very much how you play with the lights and the shadows, the top and the hair gives the impression of the Gardevoir being made of water, and I personally love it. In the other hand, the robe looks like a petal of a flower, as well as the chest spike.
